How is the Greenwich POA governed and by whom?
By a Board of Directors, as a Property Owners Association and not for profit corporation in the State of Florida under federal, state local statutes and legal documents sole to the Association that binds the Association and its owners. Board members are elected annually by registered vote. At present, there are five (5) members and any registered voter can run for one of these positions.
What are my voting rights as a member of the Greenwich Property Owners Association?
One vote per unit by registered voter.
What restrictions exist on my right to lease or rent my unit?
Term of once within a calendar year for a minimum of six (6) months.
What restrictions exist on my right to conduct business from my unit?
Live work units can conduct businessfrom your unit.
How do I request an estoppel?
If you would like to request an estoppel please email Estoppelrep@cra.email.
What pets am I allowed?
2 household pets per residence are permitted and they must be registered with Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control as well as with the Greenwich POA.
How many parking spaces will I be allowed?
Each owner has a garage. Others use only “Guest” parking.
How much are the maintenance fees for my type unit and when are they due?
Based on the annual budget. Due in quarterly payments on the first of January, April, July and October.

Quarterly assessments are due on the first day of January, April, July and October. Courtesy coupons and envelopes are sent in order to facilitate the processing of payments. Owners are responsible for making timely payments with or without a coupon and will receive a late fee regardless if a coupon was received.
What are the pool hours?
The pool is open from 7:00 am until Dusk.
Is there an approved sign that must be used for real estate sales?
Yes, the proper Abacoa approved sign is available from Floridian Signs. Call 561-747-2377.
